Ripoff, no product, no refund, no response

I ordered a pair of air force ones back on 2-6-05, I have yet to receive them or a refund. I can't even get a reply back from all the emails I sent.

I received an email once on 2-20-05 saying that the shoes I ordered were not in stock that I could order another pair w / 10.00 discount or receive a refund. I replied requesting for a refund. Still nothing!
On 3-21-05 I emailed again requesting a refund or even a response. NOTHING!!!

On 5-1-05 I emailed one last time, I have still yet to even get a response!!!

Now I'm printing original email invoice with my one out of stock response along with all the emials I sent and disputing it with my bank and all over the internet!!!
Maybe then i can get a response!!!
