Received email confirm, then following day email not in stock expect delivery 7-10 days. 18/6 emailed to chase, 19/6 received email from Nick Ross stating tomorrow or Friday latest. 20/6 email from Nick Ross advise not in asked if hold order or refund. 25/6 told if not in by weekend to refund (received auto response). 29/6 emailed again as no response requesting immediate refund. 1/7 email from Nick Ross asked if require unit or refund, responded same date refund 11/7 phoned, told item in stock and be despatched that day. 13/7 emailed again asking for refund. 24/7 phoned, call not answered.
