May 31 I ordered 6 pair of vibramfivefinger shoes from vibramfivefinger.Us. They notified me that they only had 3 pair in stock and would only charged me for the three. I alerted paypal of the issue before the shoes shipped or invoiced. Their response was "Paypal only look at the invoice bottom line and if the dollars match thats what they pay, they do not care what is shipped, or quanity. Any disputes are between us and the vibramfivefinger.Us". When we received the paypal bill it was for 6 pair, again we called paypal and went thru the process again and again their response was we payed the invoice amount. [email protected], vibramfivefinger.Us has not responded to any of the 12 emails I have sent requestion either a store credit, replacement shoes or refund. Paypal paid to invoice so they are happy.
