Totalkicks.com never received shoes. Promised me a refund but never received refund eithe

I ordered my shoes over the internet and thought I had found a good website. I payed for my shoes the same day, and the money was removed from my account the following day. I ordered 2 pair of Jordans, it took the company 6 weeks to send me my first pair. And it was the wrong style, I emailed the company telling them they sent me the wrong shoe. They said I could send the shoes back or get a 20 % refund, i explained to them I was not going to wait any longer than I already had. But ofcourse I never received the that refund either. It's now been 5 months and I never got my second pair of Jordans or a refund either. And now I've sent the company 3 emails and have not got a response, I wish I would of found this website before I waisted my time and money on these company.
