I saw this website advertised on Facebook selling what they claim to be real Christian Louboutin shoes at a discounted price. It was my fault for not researching it. I have ordered shoes on line before with no problems, so I didn't really think anything of it.
I placed my order, with my credit card. I got an email the next day stating that the shoes I had ordered were out of stock, even though on the website it stated that they had 1,000 pairs IN STOCK. They asked me to go back on the website and pick another pair and email them back the link, which I did. They emailed me back again stating that they would check and see if they had them and if so, would send them out "ASAP."
After about a week I hadn't heard anything so I emailed them again. They said that they apologize and the the shoes were sent out and "on the way."
Now, the first pair of shoes I had picked were $195.00. The second pair were $155.00. So I also stated in my email that I wanted a refund of the $40.00 that was overcharged with the second pair. I received no response to this request.
It has been 8 business days since I have heard from them... 10 days with the weekend included. Still no shoes, no refund to my account and I have not heard anything from them since.
