Last week I purchased an Ipod Shuffle online. It was delivered promptly and I was satisfied. Last night I tried to download the required iTunes software included with the ipod shuffle. Too bad I don't have Windows 2000 or XP and did not know that either one of those programs is required in order to use the shuffle. So, I call Apple's 800 number and am on hold for almost 32 minutes. The nice man on the other end of the line said "Did you open the box"? Now, good readers - how would I have known it wouldn't work on my computer had I not opened the box? I said "yes". Well, that cost me a TEN percent 're-stocking' fee. So I am out 10 bucks for that, plus the cost of sales tax, purchasing box to send it back in and 4 bucks postage. This was my first and last purchase from Crapple Computer.
