I had a an account with apple iTunes store for months where I could down load songs for my ipod shuffle. To buy a song you need a users name and pass word.
My last purchase where 2 songs in July, and my ipod was full. August 30 someone charged 4 times on my account, and my bank stopped the 5th charge.
The total was $166.34.
The bank and I spent a total 3 and half hours on the phone over a 2 day period, and nobody was authorized to refund my money. When the charges went through
my account was in the hole for 500.00 dollars.
Apple iTunes still has not resolved the issue, and I'm stuck with a mess!
It is a shame that a gift of an ipod shuffle from my mother turn into a disaster.
I want all the consumers to beware that reputable company apple iTunes or apple products are not secure! The customer service are not authorized to anything accept close out an account, and say how sorry they are.
Don't ever purchase an apple ipod because your bank or credit card are not secure. I want to save everyone from a mess that I have to deal with.
