Overcharged, dishonest, fraudulent billing they acknowledge chicago

I've been with Ampd mobile since august 06. It took 2 weeks instead of a day or two to get my phone operating properly. I never received headphones that i was supposed to have received.

In November i realized how huge my bill was. My fault i underestimated my calling usage. Then i switched to the unlimited plan. I didn;'t check my bills as i should have working from 9a-7p daily keeps you unfocused on such things.in mar on a day off i checked a portion of my bill, i was being charged for texts, from day one those were supposed to have been unlimited. (i am a tex messageing queen).

I was told this would be cleared in 2 weeks. 2 weeks and a day later i called to see if it were cleared up. I was told that my billing is on the 6th it would be cleared up by then. Apr 7th i called to see if it were cleared up then, it wasn't was told it takes a month

May 7th, i texted them to ask that they check my bill for the credits of charging me for texts and to call me with the corrected amount so i can make a payment. 3 days later my phone was disconnected.

I called. A pleasant gentleman told me that although he sees i am due a credit, i would have to pay the 1400 to get my service turned back on and wait for double credit once it is applied. Which made no damn sense to me. I was then transferred to a more pleasant young lady, a supervisor, who checked my whole entire bill from the beginning and realized i had been overcharged from day one. She also told me that due to their system every couple days or so my phone would get cut off until they applied my credits, buti could just call in and have them turn it back on.

As of the 25th of may my phone has been off because after i was hung upon on the 25th, i was told on the 27th that corporate made a law that they can't turn any phones back on until the balances are cleared. And i was not allowed to even falsely be transferred to a supervisor. I was told to email [email protected] or something to that effect, but the first time my phone was cut off i emailed them and told my story to no avail.

I did like this company and if i'm well compensated for what is clearly not my fault, except i expected them to be professional and to know what they are doing, i may stay and not file a lawsuit.
