Unknown Charges Applied to Debit Card

I had an account with itunes. My son broke his ipod a month ago and has not been hooked to my computer since. All of a sudden I'm hit with $130.00 of charges I have no clue what they are. I know I haven't downloaded anything for my son since the ipod was destroyed. Can't get any response from apple to get this resolved
