I sign up for this service because I was told I would recieve a $500 visa gift card for signing up for 2 service thru a survey. Later on I found out that the companys I signed up for happen to be the same under a differnt name. I cancelled on the 2nd day so that I would not be charge especially because I never wanted the service to begin with I just wanted the visa card. Well come to find out simple escape had not a clue about this visa card they were suppose to be sponsoring but did say I would recieve a $25 gift card for Kmart and also the same for circut city. I told them I wasnt interested I only wanted to cancel since I didn't recieve the visa. I was told that it was canceled and refunded my $1 and come to find out it wasn't, and in the process I was sold to galleria and charged $14.95, and additionally charged another $1. I spoke to three different reps for this rip-off company and was told lies about the cancellation, so I called american express to dispute these fraudulent charges and get another card with a different#. Hopefully this will work out...
