Poor Customer Service After Buying Two Office PCs

The sad part is what dell is doing concludes the current trends of most us corporations now a days, great advertising but disgusting customer service. I was stupid enough to buy two Dell PC for my office. After my experience with their customer service I don't want more people to fall in the same trap i fell in.
