Dell customer service lacks in professionalism and results. Calling in to Dell for anything is stressful and warrants no real resolve to your issues. Corporate offices that depend on parts to maintain Dell products are at the mercy of a corporation that does nothing to help their customers. If you want lies and excuses call Dell they have lots of experience in those departments.
