Ripoff! Fraudulent activity on my account and BofA didn't act fast enough

Dear Sr/Madam,

I'm a victim of internet Fraud, my account was nearly drained in full back in April 6th when I noticed that a fraudulent wire transfer was done from my business account for the sum of $90,348.65 from Bank of America and sent thru Deutche Bank to Parex Bank in Riga Latvia. I naturally contacted Bank of America and informed them that this has occurred and they proceeded to freeze our account and contact the Secret Service.

The next day the Secret Service came to my office and asked to remove all of the hard drives from my computers and took them to their lab for mirroring, they then gave them back to us and said they were going to start an investigation. They informed us that they thought that this had the markings of the Russian MOB written all over it.

Because Bank of America was not moving quickly enough, we decided to contact Deutche Bank ourselves, and spoke with the head of security in New York and thanks to him the recipient account in Parex was frozen but not until $17,000.00 was already taken from the account, the owner of the account at Parex Bank argued that the money was his and we told them that it was fraud and for him to provide proof. That never happened and the $73,000 is still frozen in Parex Bank.

To this day Bank of America has not done anything to help us recover the money that is in Latvia and they say and I quote Richard H Heilbron, Jr. Assistant General Counsel Bank of America " no fraud or computer hacking occurred at our end of the transaction, our Information Security personnel determined that the request to wire funds out of your account had come into the bank, using our Bank of America Direct funds transfer service, from a external source and that the request used a valid digital certificate, valid company ID, valid specific user ID and valid user password. This means that no one hacked into our system to initiate the wire request. The risk of the loss lies with you, so we have no obligation to cover the loss ".

Had I known that the bank takes no responsibility what so ever I would not have used their internet services.in recent weeks we have found out through the Secret Service that Bank of America has taken hundreds of hits like the one that occurred to us and the American people have a right to know how dangerous on-line banking really is and how the bank is not responsible for your losses...

I have been forced to secure a equity line of credit using my home so that I can keep my small business operating, if you need to contact us my information is on the e-mail, any help you can give us or information would be greatly appreciated.
