Bank of America is out of control. Filed a signature card on June 6 in branch office but was not entered into the system. Tried to send a wire transfer for an auction on Sept 30, received two confirmations of the the wire transfer to another Bank of America account but the wire transfer did not go through. Bank of America personnel cannot explain why wire transfer did not go through.
Spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to find out why the bank is out of control but wire transfer personnel cannot explain why their software does not work. They do not understand that if the software is not changed the future results will be the same!
Their Lynchburg office is out of control. The signature card was properly executed on June 6 but they never entered it into the system.
Wire transfer personnel cannot explain why a wire transfer to another Bank of America account did not go through.
We are looking for another bank!
