Bank of America placed a fictitious credit account that does not exist onto my website to look like it was my savings account. I then accidentally transferred 910 dollars into it thinking it was my savings account. Later once I discovered this fake account that the Bank of America placed on my web official Bank of America web site and called to get my money back this this is the response I get over and over. It is my money and they will wire it back to my account but I have to ask for it tomorrow. Tomorrow I call and they can no longer wire it back into my account but have to mail it to me. Then it is the excuse of, " Your check is in the mail " quite literally. It has now been 6 months and I have yet to get my money back. Their actions are criminal. I am now filing as many complaints as I can on the internet before I get a lawyer and press criminal charges against Bank of America.
