Bank of America placed a fictitious credit account that does not exist onto my website to look like it was my savings account. I then accidentally transferred 910 dollars into it thinking it was my savings account. Later once I discovered this fake account that the Bank of America placed on my web official Bank of America web site and called to get my money back this is the response I get over and over. It is my money and they will wire it back to my account but I have to ask for it tomorrow. Tomorrow I call and they can no longer wire it back into my account but have to mail it to me. Then it is the excuse of, " Your check is in the mail " quite literally. It has now been 6 months and I have yet to get my money back. Their actions are criminal. I am now filing as many complaints as I can on the internet before I get a lawyer and press criminal charges against Bank of America.
