This internet company debited $159.00 from my bank account for services I neither ordered nor received. I called this company on November 21, when I first noticed the debit on my account. At that time, I was told that my complaint would be forwarded to their billing department which would "DETERMINE if I would be issued a refund of my money"!! I called a second time November 25, at 11:11am and spoke to Polly, who told me that my complaint had been forwarded to the billing department and a refund would be issued within 3-5 business days and I should see the credit of the $159.00 to my bank account within 7-10 business days later. Allowing the entire week of November 26-30 (5 business days) for the billing department to issue the refund and the first ten business days of the first two weeks of December, I figured I should receive my refund no later than December 16th. I DID NOT! I called the company today, December 18, at 11:37am and was again, told by Jeff, that my issue would be referred to their billing department for a 'DETERMINATION' of whether I would receive a refund of my $159.00 that was debited from my account.
Please help get my money back!!
