I participated in a survey. This company offered a piece of jewelry for $9. Paid the $9. Then on June 2nd, a $68 debit was on my bank account and again on June 3rd another $68 debit. The first debit appeared before I even received the $9 piece of jewelry that had been offered. That was a rip off in and of itself! I called the company. I was told a credit would be issued and I would receive the refund in 5-7 business days. After 7 business days I was told it would be 7-10 business days. After 10 business days I was told it would be 15 business days. Today is the 16th business day and still no refund.
I called today and was told there had been a "system error" and the refund would be issued in 3-5 business days. I have also been told another credit was issued to me on June 8th for a piece of jewelry that had been shipped and I was instructed to refuse the shipment and a credit would be issued when they received the refused shipment and it would take, guess what, 15 business days to issue credit. When I called today I asked to speak to a "supervisor" or someone that could explain all this to me. Of course, when I was transferred it was voice mail! I left a message asking how a "debit" can be made on my account instantly but a refund or credit takes 15 (or in this case up to 20 or more) days to receive. I fear I will never receive even $1 back from this unscrupulous company.in my message I also said I was on my computer reading a Ripoff report about how this company conducts business and I was going to file a report also. So, a total of $136 dollars has been stolen from me by BellaSole Jewelry and shopdani.com. Beware, beware, beware this company!
