I had their service for nearly three years. During that time, I'd bet uptime was less than 90% (terrible for any web hosting service). Some time frames the site would be more down than up. I had to switch to another of their servers just to get decent (not good) uptime/service.
Service issues were always the fault of someone else. No security (others hacked in to the entire server multiple times), even when he brought in so-called "experts".
No matter how bad the service, support, and uptime you would never ever see a refund, a credit towards future service, anything. Once you paid you will never see your money back. Case in point-I paid my subscription on December 27th and now my site (along with everyone else's) is gone. Do you think I'll see a refund?
His action of shutting down and running with the money is pathetic, but again just another in the line of issues. Shame on me for sticking with the service for so long.
