This company is THE biggest ripoff of all time. They guarantee 99.9% uptime (all my sites have been down for over a week). They CLEARLY do not speak or understand English... Even the slightest communication with them is proof of that. They tell you the issue is being fixed and will be done in 4-5 hours. A week later, they ask me if I have backups. THEIR site (s) are still up and running. They are still selling to other unsuspecting people, while their current customer's (PAID customers) sites are down and nothing is being done.
It doesn't take a week to repair or replace a server if you are a reputable provider and/or you know what you are doing.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS HOSTING COMPANY. They are a total ripoff. You can't believe any of their promises or guarantees.
I asked for a refund - their "Policy" is 30 day satisfaction guarantee. I've been with them for 6 months, so no refund. I guess they only guarantee uptime and satisfaction for 30 days... After that, OH WELL...
Just don't waste your time and/or money.
