Bought refurbished Gateway laptop, which came with all the personal information thrown in the box from the last guy that returned it. Anyway Computer turns on to black screen asking for password, ran OS disk & it continuosly crashes. After contacting Ubid at least four times and been on hold for about three hours, they told me to take it to a professional, and I pay for this myself.
Refurbished would imply that at some point they worked on it before reseeling this item. I will never do buisness again with this company. I am stuck for now with a $450.00 paperweight
