I was notified by Ubid on October 24, that I had won the bid. On Oct. 31 my Visa acct. Was charged $26.94 by Ubid. I still do not have my merchandise. I have emailed Ubid at least 4 times and all i get is excuses. My order # is B6161128, my Ded Ex tracking # is 46175310027930 (which Fed Ex knows nothing about) my Lot # is 5909263. It only took Ubid 7 days to get their money and it has taken almost 2 months for me to get my merchandise. I don't want excuses, just send me a credit for my visa and i will be completely satisfied.
