I met all the requirements to receive my dell lattudee 100L from this company and they would not send me my laptop. I was able to get some numbers and kept calling until i received the people who took care of the problem.
If you have had problems getting your labtop please call 866-379-8612 ext 111 her name is amy (she is the product gift managher). If she does not call you back try ext 158 her name is jilliane amys helper. If no one calls you back call the same number and dial the operator at ext 100 and tell her the problem and she will make sure you talk to someone. It took me about 3 weeks to get ahold of someone and now i have a great laptop.
Do not give up keep calling ALL 3 NUMBERS!!!
