I was supposed to receive a DVD player for siging up for a Discover Card. I filled out all the forms, redemption request forms, god only knows what else. I emailed them several times and got the run around every time. After a year, I gave up and cancelled the card and sent letters to both companies. According to other reports, most people just get frustrated with Fastreward and "give up". By only redeeming a percentage of their obligations, Fastreward lines their pockets with sales commissions from these credit card companies.
