I signed up for a Discover Card to recieve a free DVD player at fastreward.com. After over 6 months, I sent an email to complain and they sent me this reply:

To that note, can you please either fax, email or mail us a copy of your membership statement? A copy of a credit card billing showing proof of membership payment is sufficient as well.

I faxed them all of the information and they still never sent me my free DVD player. I don't know what else to do since I can't call them.
