Ridiculously, usacomplaints.com seems to be the only way to get a response from the company.
The company promises a free Nintendo DS if you fulfill four offers. Available offers are divided into a three-tier system. So the requirement is to sign up for:
1 offer from tier 1,
1 offer from tier 2,
2 offers from tier 3.
The offers are mostly free trials. Some have more specific terms that are mentioned on the offers pages.
The problem is that several offers are repeated across the tiers. For example: AOL MusicNet is an offer that shows up in all three pages.
I did four offers across three pages. The redeem status page confirms that I have fulfilled them. But the system classifies two of them IN THE WRONG TIER. Take AOL MusicNet for example. I linked to the offer from page number two, but the system decided that it must be Tier 1 instead. I ended up, according to the computer, with three offers in Tier 1 and one in Tier 3.
As far as I am concerned, I did my end of the deal. An email sent to the company was unanswered, but I'm not going to go away without spreading words on as many venues and forums as possible.
I advise against taking your chances with this company. Judging by other usacomplaints.com, my experience is far from being unique.
