AOL is a ripoff company. I tried the free trial. I did not like AOL at all. I chose to go with my cable internet. I cancelled AOL in May 04. Now, December of I get a call that I owe a bill for $170! I told them I have not had AOL since May. They say they did not cancel until August 19. I tried to explain this to them. They just said they were going to put this on my credit report.
