I went online and got netzero on free trial. The next day I went back online and cancelled the free trial. This was back in December.
Then at the end of December they took $55.35 out of my checking account. I called and spoke with someone at netzero about this situation and they told me that they were cancelling it then. The person I spoke with told me it would take at least 2 cycles to get the refund check.
Then They proceeded to take out 2 mote payments after that phone call. So I called again on February 6 and spoke to them again about this, they told me that we were never cancelled. The person who I spoke with was giving me a hard time.
