At least once a week either my phone, internet, or cable are always down! People in my home always have to reboot the systems and mind you even my own children know how to do this. After rebooting the systems if we aren't able to get them to work we then call TWC. We have three cable boxes in the home in which we end up a lot watching tv in one room fighting over what to watch. When we call first of all the techs always have a heavy accent and I don't always understand them. When they are not able to fix the problem over the phone they send a tech that gets everything working again and then in a few days something goes down again. I work hard for my money to pay my bills on time and to provide for my children and being a single parent doesn't help. I have more important things to do with my time than to wait for another tech to come to my home. I should probably have a table setting for the tech as well.
