This service tech in too much hurry to trouble shoot problem 3 to 4 returns to milk copany time an mine also forgot tool box on second try when i tried to call to let him know the same cable he fix in a hurry was off so i put tools in gradge an went to buy mimutes for cell phone an run errands for lost days of no cable i return home cable guy on porch mad about tool box an wont fix mine cause he is to busy with lost time an leaves me to make anoyher appointment 24hrs no cable again i feel he should have fox my cable then i could have told him a lie about his tool box when he called my cell but no i had bills to pay because of internet off an i would return an give him his tool box when im done now whos waiting next day he fix the whole cable line less than 20min. 4days no cable cause tech to busy to apreciate 5yr paying coustmer.
