Ripoff - Cancelled membership and still charged credit card!

Beginning of August requested free sample of Suvaril ($4.95 s/h). Received sample and immediately cancelled the membership. September 18th contacted by credit card company that an amount of $70 was charged by Berkeley Premium. Due to Berkeley not opened on weekends, I contacted them on 20 September and told them I had a cancellation number from August.

They told me to fax/mail this page (of course no date on the cancellation form!). Today (September 27) I contacted them to find out why I have yet to receive the monies due to me and their response is I ONLY CANCELLED ON 20 SEPTEMBER and therefore will only receive partial refund. This is a ball face lie, because I cancelled way before this, I contacted them on September 20, to find out why my credit card had been charged when I had cancelled in August.

Today when I called to find out why none of the money had been received in my account, the rep informed me that I was only going to get a partial refund ($35) because I had only cancelled on September 20th. I told him this was not true and they should look up the cancellation number and the date, but he kept repeating that September 20th was my cancellation date. It seems cancelling on the internet has absolutely no effect with this company, and they only go according to "their notes". I was told it takes several days to refund the partial amount, it's been 7 days already.
