I saw the commercial for a free 30-day sample of suvaril. I went online to www.suvaril.com to order a free sample on August 9th. I recieved the free sample a week later and began using it. I was not happy with the results and I went back online to cancel. I recieved a cancellation confirmation and printed it off.
Two weeks later, I recieved two more packages of suvaril. I did not authorize the order at all. I went online to check my credit card to see if I was billed for the pills and I found a charge of $79.99 on my credit card under a fictious name. I attempted to call the Berkely company and report this to them and the number I was given was disconnected. I then went online again and I found the usacomplaints.com website and I found that this company has scammed other people as well.
I recently called my credit card company and they informed me that they will help me out with this problem. I filling a report on this company b/c they need to be stopped. I noticed they recently changed their website and their refund policy. It won't help them though. They are a ripoff and they should be put in jail. Hopefully, others will come forward as well. Thank you.
