I ordered a SAMPLE of Suvaril from Berkeley Nutraceuticals and received "sample" on 8/16/04. I immediately cancelled the continuity program that same day (8/16) through a website called askberkeley.com. Everything seemed to have gone through okay, at which time a screen came up with a confirmation # of my cancellation.
I printed out the confirmation which states: "Your Suvaril membership in our Value-Added Program has been cancelled. You will no longer receive automatic shipments."
On 9/15/04, I received a shipment of a 60-day supply of Suvaril and my credit card has been charged $70.00 $9.00 shipping & handling. I returned the product immediately, and contacted the company for a refund. I've been told that they will not refund my money. I will have to contest this through my credit card company now and hope for the best. I certainly don't want to pay $79.00 for something I don't even have.
