Filled out forms, confirmed membership, then denied access on first visit (staff member claimed card was bogus!) 2nd visit revealed I was not registered; membership not processed on computer. Staff extremely rude - while smiling! Such a sinister vibe, you know?
Subsequent visits to gym were frustrated by closed yoga classes, no instructors for circuit training, members cutting in line for equipment, staff too busy to address needs, etc., etc.
Called to to cancel membership, and informed (with lots of attitude) that I would have to send certified letter or come in and fill out cancellation forms. (More forms that would fail to be processed?)
This gym seems to emphasize big friendly welcomes, selling the features with fake peppy energy from its staff at the expense of genuine service through listening, responding to questions and requests, and addressing the needs of its' members.
