Power of Fitness SAYS they thrive for customer satisfaction (BALONEY THEY DO NOT). I have been a customer for Power of Fitness since they opend there Palm Springs Gym. My daughter as a teen was very motivated in 08 at the beginning, BUt lost interest in the gym within 10 weeks. They said all the right things to her at the beginning. You'll get someone to show the equipment, and you'll see your results of your hard work... And so on and so on (she's never had anyone contact her for any proper training on the equipment, like they said they would). After noticing my daughters lack of interest and not going for 3 months, I spoke to Jill (on the phone) regarding my daughters issuse, and asked her if I could transfer my daughters contract to my other daughter, so I wouldn't feel like i was just throwing my money away. With a rude tone said NO, you can't do that, what do you think this is, you think you can just transfer contact to contract. Her attitude really through me off, I had seen her before at the gym and she never came out to me as a rude person, BUT I guess I was wrong. Power of Fitness dosn't care about customer satisfaction especially when there managers have POWER TRIPS. All they care about is another payment.
