I recently put a sizable purchase on Sephora.com and chosen 3- day delivery. After waiting 5 times for my items to reach, I approached customer support and requested to get a reimbursement for that fast delivery cost of $3.00. A person support representative sent me back and stated Sephora doesn't return shipping costs, and 3-day delivery is clearly 3-5 day delivery along with a 1-2 day running time. And so I essentially settled Sephora $3.00 for regular 5-7 day delivery, and based on Customer Support, I'm never obtaining that cash back. Obviously, I'll never purchase from their website again. I needed to create additional customers conscious of Sephorais "3-day" delivery so that they prevent losing money too.
