Disgusted! I received " Sephora VivaBox" for Christmas. It's a sampler of high end fragrances w a gift certificate included for full size choice of sampled fragrances. Sounds good? Well, I thought so too. Until I recieve and one fragrance is empty and I read I have to redeem @ Sephora store which is 3 1/2 hours away from me! Is that crazy or what? Is this the customer service Sephora uses as a common practice? I have sent 3 emails with no response. I am Surprised they have loyal customers! Bad, Bad, Sephora. I will not shop with Sephora again unless this is rectified. I will be returning this
