CVS Caremark did not have the prescribed medication in stock in 3 of their local stores. I called for advise on how to handle it and was told I could go to another chain and just fill out a claim form and pay the usual ten dollars. So I did, sent in the claim form with a letter and two weeks later received a portion of what I was owed. After being on hold forever with customer service I was told that the pharmacy that sold me the drugs did not scan my card (even though I handed it to them) so it was subject to their payout limits. I said you failed in your obligation to provide me the drugs, I remedied it as you suggested, and now you will not do what you promised. Yepp! Caremark is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We are going to drop them ASAP.
