Cvs caremark bad service - cvs caremark

Every year end CVS caremark looses my refill information and I am on the phone trying to get it corrected. I tell them it happens every year end they say they will fix it and never does.
I have had it I am getting my drugs from Walmart from now on! I hate CVS Care service!
