Took my $100.00 deposit when I tried to reschedule an appointment

Called to reschedule my appointment and Tracy said that they will have to keep my $100.00 deposit because I did not give them enough notice to change my appointment. Tracy don't care that they lost 2 customers in the process. Way to take care of your customers smile by hanna.
