I telephone to make an appointment and they asked for my credit card details which I gave the. They said I had to pay a £50 deposit and I was under the impression that deposit was to ensure I turned up for the appointment but a few days later I noticed they had taken it out of my account so I rang them the morning prior to the next day appointment and explained that I was not happy about this and wanted my money back which they refused so I cancelled the appointment. Can you help me get it back
