Last year, I ordered the COPA Hair Product. Unfortunately, I was NOT satisfied with the product. I returned the remaining unused product and requested a refund. Twice I wrote COPA concerning my refund. To date, they have NOT replied.
I recommend that this company be reported to the Usa Consumer Complaints.com.
