This company sold my husband with an infomercial showing strong beautiful hair for women. He sign up with the initial treatment and future treatments monthly for $14.95 (a special deal). The directions state (not the infomercial) that you'll need, on the average, about 4 or 5 treatments. I tried it. It didn't work. I cancelled it. Or so i thought.
I emailed every email address available on their website stating my displeasure and demanded to be cancelled. After a month, i received another package.
I called, i was transferred, the phone rang off the hook and finally the ultimate insult... I was cut off. It took me over two hours to get in touch with somebody only to find out they were not the company, copa, at all. They answered their phones. They couldn't even tell me why i was billed for $35.85 instead of the $14.95 promised.
If i sent back the last package, at my expense, the would credit my account back. Less, s & h,!!! After an argument, they would credit me the entire $35.85.
After checking, i found out they debited my account for four months, the 5.85 instead of $14.95. I called back, they are not the company.
I wasted another two hours. They can't give me a contact and street address for the company. Only their supervisor... And i was disconnected when transferred.
This is totally frustrating. They used an actress to sell their product on tv and then i can't even get a name to write my dilema.
