My daughter and I saw a commercial on TV for COPA back in May of 1999. Called the number on screen 1-800-881-4698 on May 26th, 1999. Product came as promised on June 11th, 1999.
Tried it. And "OH MY GOD!" My daughters hair was not only Unmanagable, it was frizzy, dry and brittle. Worse than what it was before using their product. On June 25th, 1999 I went to the post office and returned their unused portions for a "FULL REFUND" certified/return reciept requested.
They recieved it, and a strain of my daughters hair as requested for testing. I called numorus times to 1-800-303-0000 up until 8 months later. Then I wrote to the BBB in my county. They wrote to them. So did I. Not once, Not twice but SIX TIMES.
A total of $57.75 for the product, $5.85 for the return and many stamps and envelopes and my time, which I value spent to be refunded in full. Today id November 16th! Five Years Later, NO REFUND.
I have the names of the people I spoke to and dates. On October 6th I was told by a Mark, "Your check went out in the mail yesterday." I'm still waiting Mark! I have No money tree in my back yard.
And because of this, we wil NEVER order ANYTHING from Television ever again.
