Order a ustom hotub in june w/additional items, have not received it or any call backs. Paid several hundard dollards

Ordered this custom tub in june of have not received as promised for delivery in oct. Ordered extra materials for this spa also. Can not get ahold of them on phone, never return calls. I have paid several hundred dollard for this unit.
