I order the product in April 19. I got the product. I lost my job the next day. I called to cancel the product and on the 23rd I was issued a RMA to return the product. I sent the product with delivery confirmation on May 16. On June 15 they removed $79.99 twice once for the Nutraslim and once for the quick detox. I have called many, many time trying to get them to refund my money. Since that time they have removed more money. On June 14 there were to charges for. 64 and. 64, June 28 $1.95, June 29 $. 02, July 5 $1.95 was returned. On Sept 12 they returned $79.99. At this point I am still owed $81.29. I have been given two emails to "help" me file complaints but no one returns emails, ever!!! Today I was given emails a manager named Alex at [email protected] and Joseph at [email protected] on July 23 I was given the following emails: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected].
I emailed them in July 23 and Aug 22. Still no response.
