I ordered a spa from Value Point in November. After 4 months (!) the spa arrived without a hard cover. You can't get a live voice on their 1-800 # so all correspondence is by email. After an additional 6 weeks, here's the last email from V.P. (They gave up on me but they kept my money.) ...

We ordered a spa in November. It finally arrived in March and without the top we paid for. After several emails back and forth, all communications on their part stopped. There is a phone listed on the web site but no one to speak to day or night. We are now in April and still no top to our spa. ...
