I ordered the Genie Bra on June 10. After receiving the product, it did not fit correctly. I called the company on June 17.2011 to inform them that I was returning the product and received a
return authorization #, which I was required to do to return the bras. I returned them on June 20 and the product was delivered back to the company on June 22. I charged this
product on my Bank of America credit card, but it was never taken
off my credit card. I want this removed from my card, as I returned the product for credit and never received credit for it.
