We purhased restaurant supplies from My Popcorn Machine using their web site.
Some of the items they sell on their web site are not stocked or no longer carried but they do not inidcate that on their web site.
Contacted them three times about supplies ordered but not received and received the following form letter each time:
Dear Customer,
We sincerely apologize for your inconvenience caused.
We still have not received any update from our concerned department
regarding the refund. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Kindly provide us little more time.
Once again we sincerely apologize for your inconvenience caused.

Order placed on June 21.
Expected delivery around June 25.
Requested refund on June 29.
Recevied form letter (shown above) June 29.
Requsted refund on July 6.
Recevied form letter (shown above) July 7.
Requsted refund on July 20.
Recevied form letter (shown above) July 21.
No refund as of August 6.
Submitted complaint August 6.
