I placed an order for Sinol Headache spray with Smartbomb.com on 8/30. I never received delivery, but my card was charged. Visiting the site again, I find that it is impossible to contact the company by phone and speak with an actual human.
There is a way to "track order", so I do this and find that, over 2 weeks after ordering, my order is still in the phase of "has been sent to warehouse for processing". There is a way to send an email to customer service and they promise to respond in 1 - 2 business days, so I send an email, but do not get a response.
After not receiving a response from customer service via email, I go back to the site and try to cancel my order, only to get a response that "once an order has been sent to warehouse for processing, it is not possible to cancel the order".
I also notice on my email invoice sent from the company after my order, that unlike the sales total that I agreed to when I placed the order, they have added an additional $1.99 rural delivery charge to the agreed upon almost $10 for delivery. This charge was not visible on the page I agreed to when ordering.
I would NEVER have ordered from this company if I had realized that there was no way to contact them by phone, ALWAYS a cause for concern. I will never order from this company again, of course, and I will always remember to check to see if a company has a customer service phone number before ever ordering again.
