GreenTeaFit $78 charge tobank account and nothing in return Internet

I asked for $4.95 trial offer. Never got any email in response but got a cheap bottle "trial" in the mail. That was last month.
Never heard from them again or recieved anything. Then notice a $78.41 charge on my debit card. When I called I got girl who asked if I wanted to cancel my account. I said I wanted more than that—I wanted my money back since I never recieved anything past the trial and never recieved any email explaining anything.
They are supposed to call me back within 24 hours but I do not think I will hold my breath. I only took two of the dumb pills because they aren't any different than the $5 bottle in the drugstore: (
